Vintage.  Authentic.  PARTS. NEEDS REPAIR. PROJECT. SEABOARD COAST LINE RAILROAD seat. 2 pieces.  Bottom seat part and back. Cover is vinyl. Cover on both overall good condition.  Some wear on back bottom corners and nick on side as shown.  Seat is approximately 17" across.  Back is approximately 15" high from table. Wood appears to be good on bottom.  Appears screws have pulled out of back. Wood appears damaged, unsure if there is good there or would need to be replaced.  Great find. Could be a stool with just bottom or with back. Your imagination and abilities determine how to MAKE this RAILROAD MEMORABILIA your own.  Insignia good. Very visible and ledgeable.  Only slight wear on seat part . Rare piece could be yours.
