Vintage Wabash RR Railroad "Follow The Flag" Pencil Topper Advertising Metal NOS

Awesome NOS condition!  Here is a brand new, never used, Wabash Railroad "Follow the Flag" vintage pencil topper.  The circle is "about" 3/4" diameter.  This is not a reproduction, it is "New Old Stock."  Nice piece!
NOTE
:  The Quarter Dollar is only in the picture to show size, to be clear, you do NOT get the quarter.  I took pictures on two different backgrounds but the camera was having a difficult time focusing, sorry.  Also, on the back, it is perfectly shiny, the back was reflecting our ceiling and that might make it look like it has spots, it does not.
