Up for sale is this delightful Mint Block of Four, Scott Australian Antarctic Territory #L74, the One Dollar (.00) high value of the 1984-87 Antarctic Views set.
The stamps picture a group of Emperor Penguins at the Auster Rookery in The Antarctic.
The stamps have “Specimen” overprints

Background:
Member nations of the world-wide Universal Postal Union (UPU) normally send copies of all their stamps to other UPU members, so each countrys’ postal service can confirm valid postage on incoming foreign mail.
These reference stamps are normally overprinted “Specimen.”
Condition:
Sound in all respects

The stamps are Mint, Original Gum, Never Hinged (OG/MNH), with Specimen overprints.
Centering is Very Fine/Extremely Fine (VF/XF).
Colors are rich, impressions crisp and clear.
